The Audit is the paid, fixed-price engagement that follows, where a Business Analyst spends 1 to 3 weeks with your team and hands you a ranked, costed roadmap. One is a conversation; the other is a document you can build against.

Audit invoices on signature, $9,995 AUD flat. Build invoices in three milestones tied to deliverables: kickoff, first agent passing quality checks, and release. Operate invoices monthly in advance where it is included. Net 30 on every invoice. We do not require pre-payment for the Build phase as a whole.
