Stop doing the same work twice.

Every quote, chase, and close-out you hand off is time back for the calls only you can make. Clients typically see their agent pay for itself within weeks of reclaimed hours, no added headcount, no dropped margin. You keep the judgement calls. The agent does the legwork. Start with a conversation, not a commitment. Book your 1:1 AI Consult and find out exactly where the repeat work in your business could stop.

Packages

Explore. Plan. Build.

Three ways in, one direction. Whether you want a straight answer, a cost plan, or agents working the repeat admin such as payroll, email updates, data entry and more, you choose where to begin. No step is a gate to the next, you only take the ones worth taking.

Discovery

AI Review and Roadmap

Find the repeat work. Map the fix.

We go deep on a selected team’s operation, every quote, update, chase, and closeout, and pinpoint what’s eating your team’s time. These are the same manual handoffs where small errors slip through unnoticed, sometimes until a customer catches them first. You walk away with a prioritised roadmap: what to automate, in what order, and what it’s worth.

You keep running the business. We hand you the plan.

Best for: teams ready to act, but who want a clear cost plan before building.

Deliverable

A ranked, costed roadmap in 1 to 3 weeks. Yours to keep whether or not you build with us.

Custom AI Agents

Your agent. Your workflow. Zero repeats.

We build AI agents tailored to your business and put them to work on the repeat admin: quotes, customer updates, supplier chasing, reports, close-out packs, reconciliation. Fully set up, tuned to how you operate so you can take on more work without taking on more headcount, and the hiring and training costs that come with it.

You keep the judgement calls. The agent does the legwork.

Best for: businesses ready to hand the repeat work over for good.

Deliverable

Fixed scope and price before work starts, built inside your environment, with training, runbooks, quality checks, and operating notes at handover.

Delivery process

How work moves from first call to handover.

The services are separate offers. Delivery is the path when a workflow moves forward: free call, Audit if the numbers need proving, build if the scope is clear, then training and handover.

What agents should do

The agent does the steps. You make the call.

Good agent work is practical. It pulls the records, drafts the update, checks the rules, and flags anything unusual. Your estimator, coordinator, producer, or manager still owns the decision.

One workflow, four steps

  1. Gathers the records

AI pulls the day's queue from your systems.

    Your team

    Reviews the output

  2. Checks the rules

It drafts a result for each item in the queue.

    Your team

    Corrects drafts that need it

  3. Flags what's unclear

It routes unclear cases to a person, never a guess.

    Your team

    Decides the edge cases

  4. Files and logs

It posts the result and records every step taken.

    Your team

Signs off on the final result

The example is a reconciliation queue, but the shape is the same for quotes, close-out packs, supplier updates, reports, and customer replies: the agent runs the repeat steps, and your team checks the output.

Who this fits

Built for operators with real volume and messy handoffs.

If your repeat admin is spread across inboxes, spreadsheets, job systems, ERPs, and field apps or stuck in the head of one senior person we're a fit. Trades, agencies, suppliers, distributors, retail operators, hire businesses, facilities teams, subcontractors, light manufacturers, and freight-admin teams are the right shape.

Where the agent works

Inside the tools your team already uses.

The agent is built against the systems and records your team already trusts: job systems, CRMs, ERPs, ticket queues, email, documents, and field notes. It does not ask the team to work from another empty dashboard.

Model-agnostic by design. We route per task and swap providers without a rewrite.

How we think about the work

The fastest wins are usually hiding in boring admin.

The best first agent is rarely glamorous. It is usually the quote draft, the supplier follow-up, the close-out pack, the customer update, the weekly report, or the reconciliation queue.

That work matters, but it should not need a good person rebuilding the same facts every week. The agent can gather the records, prepare the first pass, and flag the exceptions. The person still decides.

That is why we start with the work, not the model. If the workflow is a fit, we show the numbers. If it is not, we say so before anyone spends build money.

Data, access, and logs

Your data stays where the work is.

We agree where your data is stored, who can access it, what the agent is allowed to touch, and what gets logged. Customer-visible outputs keep a record your team can inspect.

Common questions

The questions people ask before they book.

Plain answers to the questions that come up before a free consultation. If yours is not here, bring it to the call.

It's a 1 to 3 week, paid engagement run by a Business Analyst. You bring the workflows you suspect AI could change. We map the handoffs, validate the numbers, add nearby opportunities you missed, and price each one against the operator time it would recover. Fixed price, fixed scope, owned by you whether or not you build with us next. A free 30-minute Consultation books the work.

Plan for 50 to 80 percent of the operator time on a given workflow, not the whole role. Your reconciliation analyst still owns the judgment calls. The agent handles the repetitive middle of her week. We won't sell you full automation because full automation does not land in mid-market ops.

If you have a senior technical team with real capacity, build it. Most operators do not. You have the domain knowledge and the records; we bring the agent, system connection, and quality-check experience, then hand the system back at the end.

The build runs inside your environment and is governed by the engagement terms. At handover you receive training, runbooks, quality checks, and operating notes. Ongoing coverage through Operate is optional, not a leash.

The system runs single-tenant with data stored in the region you require, and your records are never used to train shared models. Where the engagement needs deployment inside your own boundary, we scope it that way from the start. Every important source lookup and decision is logged.

The Audit runs 1 to 3 weeks and ends with a costed roadmap. Build is typically 7 to 17 weeks after scope is signed, depending on integrations and data readiness. The combined path is scoped to keep Audit plus Build inside an 8 to 20 week delivery window where the workflow allows it.

No. Consulting is monthly, cancel anytime, with the first month refunded if it isn't useful. Operate ends on 30 days' written notice from either side. Audit and Build are fixed-scope engagements with no auto-renewal: you own the Audit deliverable outright, and you can end a Build early on 14 days' notice per the terms. We do not sell seats, platform subscriptions, or retainer traps.
